From material to end products, we carry out strict quality assurance system to assure delivery the best quality to customers.

Uni-Plastic awarded with the ISO 9002 standard in 1998, additionally we have implemented the Japanese 5S System aims to achieve high efficiency and high productivity.
　

QC/Technical Support We have 30 dedicated QC staff engaged in maintaining the quality standard of our products from the development to production stages. 　 QC Staff 20 to 29 　 Materials/Components 　 Hong Kong,Taiwan South East Asian Countries USA & European Counties 　 Procedures/testing Details Injection : Our well-trained injection machine operators ensure all parts coming from the injection machines are stacked up properly in boxes to avoid scratching. After each injection, the injection machine and the tooling are cleaned and waxed before putting back to the tooling room. Injection machines are cleaned inside-out to ensure colors of the next production batches are not stained. Assembly Line : A team of QC is dedicated solely in checking each item made and assemble. Another team of QC is concentrated on checking the silk-screen printing and the final inspection before packing. 　 Each part is inspected thoroughly by our QC team
